On line chat and doesn’t work well. Some customers like to do online only . I’m not sure that my online scheduleing was actually submitted. The second attempt by the phone confirmed an appointment that was not delivered on line . Other than that service was professional.

David Pisani my Service Attendant was very rude and charged me for a Diagnostic which I never asked for. Then after I refused to go through with the scheduled service he became very unprofessional and gave me some paper work and told me to pay then someone will get my car for me. Nissan Dealership has just lost a customer for good. I will become a patron at a Auto Shop that's treats me like a human being. Goodbye and Good Riddens.....

I was recommended a tail light and was told it was out of stock, so I asked if they could pick it up locally?, I was told I’d be called back to let me know, I got no call back. I called and left message and still no call back? So I called and talked to parts and they told me that the closest one was in LA. So I called Lily again and left message to please order the tail light and call to let me know she had ordered it, still nothing?? She was nice, but it is a safety thing for me to have my tail light working. ????

They whole staff was very welcoming. I will be bringing my vehicle back to get serviced again. Everyone was very helpful and attended to me as quickly as possible. I would have to say in my experience this is the best Nissan dealership I have been to by far.

The mechanic forgot to check my breaks initially during the tire rotation, but thanks to Juan who caught it got done but I then had to wait another hour to switch out the rotors which were under warranty. I ended up missing an appointment because of how long it took.

I came in for a recall they found a couple items that needed to be fixed like a chip in the windshield and they took care of that and a timely matter. what I don't understand is why it took four and a half hours and they told me it would take two?
