He was really rude I did not appreciate his attitude I told him I had a Courtesy voice mail from Nissan explaining to me how I had a $25 dls discount on my next service. He said I don’t know who call you we haven’t seen your vehicle for almost a year. That was his answer to me he did not try to find out. He then asked me if I was staying or leaving I said can I get a ride home instead because the wait was 2 hours and his respond I will try and see because we don’t give rides to people who get Just oil change. Besides that the person who took me home was really polite.
