I waited almost an hour in my car even though I had an appointment. What is the use of making an appointment if people are going to be waiting in the same line as those who did not. I came near several staff who chose to either not to wear a mask or wore their mask improperly. What’s the point of social distancing and precautions if you’re not doing your part! I have stayed away from Nissan service because I left dissatisfied. This only confirms that my opinion of your level of customer dies not need to change.

The service was great and I love that my car was washed. However, there was an associate who was not wearing a mask. Only when she would go out to get customers even though customers do need to go inside.
