Philip was very friendly and polite. And is Knowledgeable about his job. I felt comfortable talking with him. He informed me that my vehicle will be ready by a certain time and it was ready by that time. Philip took his time he was not in a rush and I appreciate him for that. Philip is an excellent worker.

Our vehicle was only suppose to be in the shop for 2 days. We were never called on the 2nd day. I sent a text around 4:30 asking the status of our vehicle. I did not get a call back until the 3rd day with an apology that Juan was off on Friday and someone forgot to call us and let us know our vehicle was ready on the 2nd day. Communication/customer service is a major decision when I deal with a company.
