Your mission statement says you will keep us updated on status of our cars. I was there 3 hours and not one person came to me and told me anything about my car or what was happening with it. I had to stop someone and ask and she seemed a little annoyed that I asked. She said my advisor just needed to printout paperwork, and still waited almost 30 mins and still no paperwork. Then the really nice lady working the cashier desk went and had them print paperwork and help me get out of there. I understand that you are busy, but come on 3 hours! An update now then would be really appreciated. And if they don’t want to update us don’t get irritated when we ask.
