Came in for an oil change and 30k mile service in my 370z. After leaving I noticed on the receipt that they put conventional oil instead of synthetic. For the life of the car they have only ever put synthetic oil. I tried to reach out to the service center and could not get ahold of anyone so I left a message. That was several days ago with no reply. I wanted to wait to leave a negative comment in case they returned my call but never did. Not happy
