I went get a oil change on my 2020 altima car.. I didn't have a appointment so I get there at 8:22.. so I told the guy what I need for my car... so he said just wait until someone comes and help you... ok... I wait it and wait it... no one came so it was 8:59 and I saw a service guy.. and I told him I been here since 8:22 and I don't get help from the service department... he said we have to get first the ones with a appointment first... I told him it's not fair that you guy are ignoring people like that... you should get 1 car with no appointments too... if wouldn't open my mouth to the guy about me been there that long I don't know when someone was going to help me... so they took my car in at 9:40 until 12:20... I was there 4hrs just because I didn't have appointment... I been going to nissan for 11 years and this had never happened to me .... I'm very disappointed ???? today with the service...
