Service assistant Cesar phoned me once to tell me that was car was ready. I missed his call but he didn’t leave a message to let me know he had called. I called three hours after his call to find out what was going on with my car and if it was almost ready. He should’ve left a voicemail to tell me he was calling to let me know my car was ready and for me to call them back.

When picking up my vehicle, I was given my receipt but not told my vehicle was ready. I waited in the waiting room for approximately 15 minutes before I went myself outside to check. My vehicle was sitting there ready but no one did not come to retrieve me to pick it up. It is not a big deal, but this would not be a 5/5 star service for me. Thank you.

Pretty disappointed with my experience. Bought a well loved Sequoia from South County Lexus. Promises were made to close the sale that weren’t fulfilled, stated car was “fully serviced” water pump replaced, etc. found leaking coolant hose and coolant on block once I got home, and a bunch of debris in and around valve covers. Told bumper paint repair would be done by Wednesday, wasn’t able to get until Friday evening. Bumpers were not removed as I was told they would be. Overspray on my running boards and under the wheel wells. Probably the worst body work I have seen in my 48 years. Crack in the front bumper wasnt even addressed. Just taped and painted. Rough Unsanded areas under the lights. Surprised this body shop is still in business. I feel I was told what they needed to tell me to make a sale. And everyone passed the buck to someone else. Tim was great though. Unfortunately it all falls to him. I expect more from a lexus dealership. Oh and the middle seat that was supposed to be installed was missing the plastic covers that cover the bolts. I have owned 4 Tacoma’s, 2 4runners, 2 tundras, and have never had this experience with Toyota ever. Ever.
