My first service experience with Airpark is on a par with their sales department which was garbage. There were so many things that went wrong from the minute I arrived. The service manager and I are playing phone tag currently but I hope to be able to connect with him.

Anthony was wonderful and my experience with him before, during & after dropping off my car was exceptional. I was, however, completely disappointed in the Zaktek detailing experience. I paid $300 for the Zaktek experience when I purchased my car. Meaning I get 6 car details over 3 years (1 every 6 months). My car wasn’t completely cleaned today at all. - the right rear wheel well had a piece of loose rubber dangling that I had to fasten back into place. - the interior wasn’t vacuumed. - the windows (both inside & out weren’t cleaned). Streaks everywhere. - there was bird crap & residue on the paint on the front bumper and on the hood that would have certainly come off it was thoroughly washed and waxed which I was told would happen. Bottom line I was extremely disappointed. I’d rather be reimbursed for the remaining balance for these “so called” Zaktek details and put it towards a cleaning service where I know would do an amazing job. I went home and spent over an hour cleaning my windows (inside & out). Vacuumed the interior. Polished and treated the plastic and thoroughly cleaned the wheels and armor all’d the tires.
