I do not understand why I was asked to pay for a repair when the vehicle is under warranty. The issue has to do with the way the vehicle was designed, not a wear item.
My service writer is awesome. Richard is very good at what he does, but must work within the constraints set forth by the dealership and/or manufacturer.
