Kyle was very helpful in getting my jeep fixed under its extended warranty. He was proactive in getting it on the schedule to be fixed.
Charging an extra 3% for a credit card charge is completely out of bounds and a turn off. Bury it in the price so it does not give the customer a poor taste in their mouth that they are getting nickeled and dined to death.
