I brought the car in for the second time in three years with some sort of issue. Again the team found nothing wrong and just reset the computer. In addition I was told that the car would be driven on a test drive to see if the issue could be captured. No one took this car for a test drive because the mileage went from 19068 to 19069. 1 mile It’s not a test drive and doesn’t cut it when that could’ve been the mileage that they were moving the car from where I parked it to the service bay. I’ll be bringing my car in about a week to get a 20,000 mile maintenance. I expect you to not find anything at that point either when you inspect the things that are required to be inspected. And that would be the specific things that Ford says need to be inspected or addressed such as an oil change and maybe the cabin air filter. I will not be replacing brakes I will not be doing anything else it’s going to be expensive and not covered by the warranty.

I purchased a car that immediately wmet into service. My Service person was Matt Bailey. After a week I called for an update and left him a voice mail. I asked him to call me, which he never did. I finally got a text from my sales person to let me know my car was ready. I picked it up and a week later Matt texts me to let me know my car was ready for pickup. Horrible customer experience. This was my second car purchased at Grapevine, and based on how service completely disregarded me, I won't be buying again.

The repair for my vehicle took well over a month. There were problems getting parts. Luckily Jody was able to get me in a loaner car and get that taken care of via MPP. She did a good job and I would use her again. I don’t understand how it takes a month to get wheel bearings for a vehicle that is 4 years old. Nuts!!! The transmission has been needing repair for months but everytime I take it in I’m told it will be 3 months before the tech could get it in and I have to leave it there in que for the tech. Why can’t I just get put in a virtual line until my turn? Works at the DMV, Fast Food, the deli so why not a car shop? Anyways. Jody got the tech to look at it and they realized it was a easy problem to diagnose and repair so she got that done while I waited for the wheel bearings to come in. So kudos to Jody and a big :( to Ford Parts. Other than that my experience with the dealership was fine.
