The service advisor was excellent (Anthony). However we were told that due to mechanics calling out the job that the car was left therefore could not be completed. As a result I now have to bring my car back another day and be without my car an additional day.

Richard Small was better than excellent. Took my Jeep in for a 30k checkup. He went out of his way to provide the best customer experience I could ever expect or imagine. When it was discovered I was missing a lug key socket, preventing me from having a tire rotation, without spending an extra $200+ to have my locking lugs nuts cut off, he went out of his way to find a lug key that matched my locking lug nut. After being told by a mechanic there wasn’t a box of spare lug nut keys, he thought better of that answer and looked for himself and found a stash of lug nut keys. Lo and behold, he found one that matched. That kind of extra effort is service beyond any measure. Great guy. He is exactly the kind of guy you want representing your dealership. Thank you Richard Small! When I come back I’ll be asking for Richard Small.
