DO NOT CALL ME. Here’s all the info you need. Called to get appt for a recall for 2020 charger. Came at appt time and was told ohhh we have the part but we need your car all day and possibly overnight because we’ve only done 3 of these and the mechanics busy. Well that’s great wish I would have known that before I drove 30 **** minutes to come to dealership…. So Richard and I agreed on April 17 drop it off between 7-8 in morning and said I’ll put you in the calendar. So I called April 16th to make sure I can still drop off my car after planning a ride to work and home if needed. Well Richard the great associate he is didn’t put anything in the calendar so the lady had to schedule a 830 appt when I had to be at work at 830. I still dropped off car at 8am and Richard said ya I’ll keep you updated. Let you know if it needs to stay overnight. Well shame on me for thinking they couldn’t possibly lie to me 3 times in 3 interactions already. I dropped my car off at 8am. I texted the status line at 130 to ask for an ETA. No response. Called service department at 4 no answer and rerouted to call center who sent message to them telling them to call me. No response. Called again at 5 same thing same message no answer in service department. Finally I got in touch with sales rep DREW who said he would call me at 8am to let me know what’s going on with my car. 4 lies. I received a text message at 8:15 in morning on my way to work already saying your car I ready for pick up. IF THAT WAS THE **** CASE WHY THE HELL DID YOU KEEP IT OVERNIGHT AND **** UP MY DAY AND THE PERSON GIVING ME A RIDE DAY. You don’t text me at 8am saying your car is ready if it wasn’t **** ready the night before. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DEALT WITH AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DODGE BECAUSE OF THIS EXPERIENCE. RICHARD WILL LOSE YOU MORE BUSINESS AND HAS ALREADY LOST 3 CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THIS INTERACTION.

Kyle is easily the best service rep that I have dealt with in over 25 years of owning vehicles. I have had BMWs, Mercedes, Cadillac, Ford, GMC and even other Jeep dealerships, and Kyle blows them all away.

While doing a routine oil change, oil was spilled on a sensor, causing the engine light to come on as I drove away. Fortunately, Anthony immediately thought he knew what was wrong and took care of the situation quickly. They had to power wash my engine to correct the problem. If Anthony was not so knowledgeable and efficient, my routine maintenance visit would have turned into a nightmare I cannot say enough about the high quality of service that Anthony provides and always has since he became my advisor!

Anthony was very accommodating and even offered to stay after hours because I was running behind. The pay online app did not work. The drivers side mat was filled with Palo verde blossoms from mechanics shoes. Why don’t they use mats to protect customer property?
