Alex made extra efforts to accommodate my service needs without an appointment on a busy Saturday. He investigated and identified the issues with my 2022 Grand Cherokee and resolved everything (and handled a recall issue) in one unplanned visit to Airport Jeep. Dropped my vehicle off first thing Monday morning with an appointment, was told I would be updated within 24hrs. After 72hrs of no update and no one returning my calls I had to physically go in to speak to the service manager now that a week had been wasted for my car to be fixed. I was assured it would be taken care of. After another week (2wks now) I get a call they cannot find all my parts to fix my vehicle so they are giving it back to me. I made one phone call after I received that info to another dealership in AZ and they had all 3 parts needed. I had now washed 2wks and my 5days of having a rental through warranty company as they did not offer loaner cars to know start the process all over again and be w/o my vehicle for 3wks I am a single mom of 3 kids that I need to get to and from places not to mention myself to and from work where I drive 65miles a day I can’t be without a vehicle this long. The lack of honest communication any communication was not right. I’d be more understanding if they would have just been up front and honest with me on things then how it went down cause I’m not going back nor recommending anyone go there.
