The explanation given to me in regards to my truck did not make any sense what’s so ever. When I asked questions as to why the issue would arise after so many miles I was just told “I don’t know” when I advised per the GM Forum that the cameras are going bad and have to be replaced however in back order the service tech advised me that he did not know anything about that. Further more he kept telling me to take the tint of my window. I asked if I take the tint off and the camera ends up being the issue will they reimburse me for taking for taking the tint off and then re tinting he was unable to answer my question and gave me no peace of mind. Completely dissatisfied!
