My Service Advisor seemed to be a sincere, conscientious, & knowledgeable person who I liked. I did not like the fact that what I was told should take 2 days turned into 4 days,and the reason being that the tech wasn't just working on my car only but others also, which obviously meant that my car was just sitting there waiting to be worked on maybe again & again!!! And all this while I'm paying for a rental car... Airpark paid for 1 day & I paid for 4!
