This was the first oil change for my car. Service writer didn’t acknowledge that even after I mentioned it multiple times. I was in the waiting room and another customer was told that the service was free since it was their first oil change which I was told when I bought the vehicle that the first service is free. I paid full price for the service. I also included a seatbelt issue as part of the service and indicated I would be waiting for it when I scheduled the appointment yet I was told I had to leave the vehicle for an entire day if I wanted my seatbelt looked at when I arrived. It’s a SEATBELT issue and a safety concern but it wasn’t looked at. The inspection indicated that my tire pressure was between 32-35 psi yet when I checked it as soon as I got in the car, 3 of the tires were at 30 psi and the 4th was at 29 psi. Clearly the inspection was pencil whipped. I drove 45 minutes to bring my car to the dealership I bought it from to get the first service done and I will not be returning for service or to purchase my next vehicle. Also, I sat in the car in front of the service department when I arrived for 15 minutes and nobody came out to greet me or see what I needed until a porter walked by and finally asked

Hassan has been my service advisor since I bought my car. He is always cheerful and offers to help out in every way possible. He reviews the reason(s) I am there and exactly what is going to happen and approximately how long it will take. The car is always finished when he says it will. He always offers a rental car and my car is cleaned before I pick it up. I have learned to expect the best…and get it! Such a sweet and respectful person!
