I find that the facts relayed to me were a little fishy. The two hour minimum diagnostic test took under an hour. Based on schedules and times quoted I rented an unnecessary car. Additionally I was told that my transmission fluid was clearly new and replaced but they could smell and see residue of old fluid. So was it old or new? And the final conclusion I need a new transmission on a car with 75000 miles.
Also just Chris told me my car had been washed, not that I ask for that, but after this weeks surprise rain it definitely could have used a wash. My car was not washed.
For whatever reason I feel everyone is very nice there but I have ongoing issues with getting accurate information. I bought my car there and I’m loyal and keep returning but as I make a decision who to buy a new car from this will effect my decision making.
