For starters I was giving a "special" of $22 for my oil change and it turned out to be $42 instead. Second, I was charged for an additive for my oil that I didn't request and I wasn't asked if I wanted to proceed with it. Third, the cashier was rude and said the dealer was not going to offer a shuttle and told me to use Uber instead. Fourth, I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours for an oil change. That's unheard of because I've owned several types of cars and have gone to many different dealers and if I had an appointment my stay was never more than half an hour. Finally my last issues was that I had to check on the status of my car myself and then I would get my text update afterwards
