My service rep Kenneth was great. He was kind and informative. The cost of the oil change, tire rotation, car wash and the other little things was a bit pricey. $159 was way too much in my opinion. When I asked about the cost he said, well you only come for an oil change twice a year. I find that ironic as one of your selling points is, look at the cost savings, you only need 2 oil changes a year.

Jaime was great to work with. However, the AC/heater stopped working less than a week after driving the car off the lot. Yes, I understand that I didn't purchase the extended warranty. A quote was given to me for what I'd cost to repair. However, for a relatively new car the AC condenser shouldn't be broken.
