This was our first visit to South County Lexus after moving to Laguna Hills from San Diego. We enjoyed the usual fine Lexus service experience. Ronnie took very good care of us. He explained everything clearly and made good suggestions about maintaining our trusty RX350. Our only "problem" is that the whole process, in and out, was handled so efficiently and quickly that we didn't have a chance to sample the tasty-looking pastries and coffee in the waiting area.
