Still not completed. Left the car there this weekend for retesting Monday morning. Definitely need to be able to pick up car after work on Monday 1/14. They're not sure if they've fixed the problem or not. Because this has happened several other times with this car and with my husbands Ford Fusion platinum, and they indicated it's happened with at least another, sounds like a computer glitch or a problem with the computer software from the beginning.
