I never experienced service this slow. Johnny was great kept me informed that absolutely nothing was happening with my vehicle. The car was there for a week before the tech even looked at it. When I lit was returned the the drivers seat control button was missing

What a great experience from beginning to end! I called the week prior to make my appointment by phone and spoke with Andrew. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. When I came Saturday to have my car serviced I was greeted in theaervice area and told that Andrew would be over to assist me. He came over and we walked inside to discuss my services. Andrew gave me an estimate of charges and timeframe. We then walked to waiting and cafe area. I was offered a complimentary sandwich. When I was told that Ms. Stephanie would cover my lunch since there were no coupons left, I was even more impressed. I actually purchased my car from another dealership, but my husband purchased his car from Grapevine Ford. I told my husband thatI “too” received royal treatment ???? The food was delish and the service experience was A+. My car wheel lovks were also put on my tires as well as complimentary car wash/vacuum. Very much appreciate the aervice I received.
