Kyle is fabulous - he set expectations on the work, the expected timing and cost. Time and cost was less than projected. I was kept updated along the way and will seek to connect with Kyle each time Jeepers needs attention.

I did not like the app for approving work. It was confusing and did not adequately explain the proposed work. It took nearly 24 more hours to talk to the service rep. Three messages were not returned. I will likely find someplace with more personalized access for future work.
Jacob was a good rep. Just no access to talk to him.
