At 12 because I needed my truck for a job . I called , texted, called the service center to page him . I think I did it about six times. He called me at 2:30 , which I missed the call but called right back. The message never said that the truck was done . It took another half an hour to call back . He had no printed results

I could not schedule an appointment over the phone for an entire business day. The next day, Jason lied to me about the status of a repair, the service department did not have the appropriate parts, I had to come back to the dealership the next day (ruining my Saturday), and then he lied to me about the status and nature of the repair. I was there for two hours - when they did nothing to my car - and they did not complete the ~20 minute repair until I actually stood there and watched. I'll never buy another product from Airpark.
