The car I purchased from Cerritos Nissan wouldn’t start after the 5th day I purchased it, due to battery failure, which I was truly disappointed that the battery hadn’t been checked before they sold it to me. Also when I purchased the car there was a missing coolant cap, which I am still waiting to hear back from Nissan about, seeking confirmation on if they will provide me a coolant cap free of cost.

The car would not start after being paid and picked up after service. It is still at the dealership. Jody has been helpful, professional, and courteous, but the car is not fixed and the transaction is not yet complete even though it has been paid in full.

Jody was super understanding with the delay the parts department had and helping me deal with it. The part needed was in stock at the end of last week and I think since I had made my appt for Monday morning, the parts Dept should have pulled it aside with my name on it. Jody did assure me that the new part would be there and installed on Tuesday morning. She even went to bat for me on $69 charge which I consider silly as I bought my truck there and service it there.
