I took my 2014 Ford fusion in for some simple recalls. You kept my car for 10 days. Saddest part is..I bought the car there five years ago brand new. 10 days for recalls is an excessive amount of time go leave a customer without q car. I asked for time frames and never even got one. Ridiculous.
