I’d really appreciate if your sales reps weren’t so dishonest. Giving a quote for one price, then trying to get me to pay 4x the price promised for a part not a service is ridiculous. My friend who also purchased her truck there and had a similar incident. This was not an isolated incident. Are you not aware that when a customer is unsatisfied they will tell a minimum of (10) people. This give you guys a bad reputation for a trusted company. I don’t need anyone calling me back just stop being dishonest this is why people choose mom and pop shops vs you guys when it should be the other way around.

I had new compressor for air conditioner June 2018 at that time I feel like anything pertaining to the ac, should have been fixed. I had other work do e last year I including an oil change. 2 weeks later I had to add over 2 quarts of oil when I called back I was given the run around. I only returned this time since the compressor was still u der warranty. I have spoke with others and was told 963 fir a line and fittings was high. I will not be returning for any work in the future

What ever I had checked and supposedly the service rep said they have replaced that part but did not change it seems. Because what needed to be done still makes noise. And they did say it was replaced but somehow I believe it was not fixed because why would it still make the noise. And this part I’m talking about is the fan under the hood. So service rep (Hugo) actually had one of the mechanic guy come over. One of the mechanics was walking by there and had him come over and see. And he said sounds like its going out. So I left my car for repair. And a day after I was called and was told that nothing was wrong with it. And I was admit that.. its a new car with less than 36000 miles and why would it be making noise like that. I don’t know what they repaired but it still makes noise. And I wanted it done before the warranty mileage was meet before it expired. And when they called me that the car was done with repairs and come pick up the car. So I came to pick up my car. And was ready to leave, for some reason I wanted wait at midway because it seem the AC was not cooling down or not blowing cold air. So waited until Hugo came back and let him know something is wrong with my AC it’s not cold and so he had to take back into the shop. And by then I was unpleased with my services.

Laura was fine. 8 hours for a Zaktek appt is ridiculous. Having to schedule 8 weeks in advance for Zaktek is ridiculous. I've decided not too get Zaktek treatments anymore because the scheduling and wait time length.
