Brought it in for 3 recalls and an oil change. It was there for 3 days. Oil change and a tailgate inspection was done. 2 recalls not done. You guys need to learn how to schedule things. If you can't do the work then notify at the time when the appointment is made. Truck was there for 3 days for 1 hours worth of work. Horrible. Gary is fine and communicated well. The leadership of the business is failing and I'm not inclined to do business there anymore.
