Today was a difficult and disappointing day. I spent an hour and a half at Airpark only to be told they could not duplicate a couple of the issues and that the strange behaviors of the mileage was typical. I was also told that you need a tool in order to fix the radar blocking problem and Jorge suggested I go to another dodge dealer of I 17 and Camelback which I refused. I’ve then asked as to the ETA for Said tool to fix my problem he said he had no idea. I walked out of there no better off than when I got there . No resolve, and no estimation of a resolve

I came in for an oil change that I had been meaning to get done and was impressed with Sheilah’s friendly attitude and ability to usher me through pretty quickly... I was also impressed that we were able to discuss a few additional maintenance issues that I will be looking for Airpark to remedy in the next week. This Jeep has been fully maintained by Airpark since 2011. Although I’m closer to another Scottsdale Jeep Dealership and know other mechanics, I KNOW that the Airpark Servicing team is honest, reliable and ensures I’m taken care of. Aaron was great to work with and appreciated that he communicated well.
We did have an issue in picking up the vehicle on Saturday. My wife picked up the car and it took a while for someone to be able to point her to the cashier. After checking out, she was told to go find the car out in the lot by sounding the alarm. I know Aaron had arranged to have the car parked close to the doors, so my wife/son found the car easily but a little more guidance to a general area would have been helpful.
