B was nice and tried to help the situation but when I called and made an appointment George told me it would only be five minute wait when I arrived B explained to me that it would be very quick and I was there for almost 2 hours to have a ground cable changed after making an appointment in speaking with several people to confirm the appointment. Happy I finally got the part changed , But not happy with how long it took to change that ground cable. Also the fact that I have reached out to Gary Doolittle and left a message regarding the original issue had during service and still haven’t heard anything back or received my refund for the oil change is disappointing

Deberían de tener más promociones o más bien descuentos cuando uno tenga que hacer los mantenimientos fuertes se los carros, eso sería muy bueno tanto para Nissan y lógico para nosotros también, de lo contrario uno puede buscar donde sea más economico.
