1. Brought car and had to leave it for “testing” because alarm kept randomly going off, was told there was no code and that it must be something inside my car ( this randomly started about two months ago)
2. Emailed customer service because my car alarm was still randomly going off, had to bring it back in and left it, was decided a new sensor needed to be installed but had to be ordered.
3. Kyle told me to call him and ask him if the part came in, I told him you call me when the part is available and we’ll schedule to drop off.
4. dropped off vehicle for sensor to be replaced took a one day picked it up on way home stopped at store and alarm would t stop going off unless the car was running, had to rush back to dealership to leave it because I didn’t know what to do and all he said was sorry and that to leave it and put the keys in the drop off box cause he leaves at six. I told him I will be there. I was panicking vm because he had suggestions or now steps on what I could do only telling me all the techs left.
5. After returning my car on Tuesday no follow up calls no status updates I had to send an email on Friday for him to tell me there was nothing this dealership or any Chrysler dealership can do. I asked him how I’m supposed to take my car home if the alarm won’t stop going off and he fed me some document about clicking the alarm 3 times so that the interior sensor wouldn’t be activated and that’s what I have been doing b this whole time. Since the sensor was replaced that won’t work anymore. The “repair” made everything worse. He said I needed to call Chrysler customer care nothing else he can do. Case#86204755 is now in process - this was all on a Friday afternoon so I still don’t have a vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle so that I wouldn’t have to deal with unresolvable issues and non communicative customer service that I have to initiate feedback.

Yes, after two trips. The first time the jeep was ready, it started smoking , i had to take it back. The nattery was replaced but the maintenance personnel didn’t tighten the terminals which caused the vehicle to start smoking. There has to be better Quality Assurance. Im lucky the car didn’t catch on fire and burn. After the second trip the vehicle was repaired correctly and now im satisfied
