Eddie was very polite and got the job done. However, one of the problems I had brought my car in for was due to a leaking pipe, leaking into my car on both floorboards. When I examined the car at home, I realized the floors were all still soaked. I would have appreciated them to dry out the car. Also there was a spilled drink on the hood that had dried and there was dirt splattered all along the inside of the passenger side door and glove box. I had tried to contact Eddie (although I understand he did not do these issues) once I got home to ask about this, but have not received a call back.
Additionally, while my car was parked out front in your lot, my car was hit by another customer. All I received from your staff was his name and phone number on his current invoice sheet. I understand this was not Ford's fault, but the cars were both on your lot at the time of the incident. I would have appreciated more involvement and effort from Ford to assist with the repair process.

Service was average.
My car was NOT washed as I had been told.
My car looked clean because I had gotten it washed and waxed about two weeks prior, I know it was NOT washed the day of service because the windows were DIRTY!!! When I called and spoke to someone named Rick, he rudely said
“Mam”, we don’t do a thorough wash and vacuum, it’s not a detail, it’s a just courtesy wash”, but I’ll make a note of it”. Two things. Don’t lie to me!!! even though I know car dealers are notorious for doing that and don’t talk down to me like lm an idiot .
Make this right if you want any further business from me.
