Excellent customer service and they replaced a defective driver side door panel. The one negative is the air conditioner all of a sudden was not blowing cold air so we are taking vehicle back to see if the Technician May have accidentally trigger something during the complimentary auto inspection since vehicle has only 4700 miles and a/c was working great prior to bringing car in for service.

Although not George's fault, I was very surprised at the exorbitant price of the OEM replacement passenger side external mirror, especially since mine was just a two-function unit. Identical units sourced commercially are available at 30% z 50% of that sourced by MOPAR. Not the Airpark FCJR service, which is well priced and efficient, but the very high MOPAR OEM parts prices would give me pause in heaetily recommending the firm's service to others.
