When I first contacted midway Chevrolet service, Jorge Lopez was very kind on the phone and helpful in person when I brought the car in. I had a rental on loan and After I returned the rental and picked up my vehicle there was a discrepancy in the paperwork showing that I owed $432.00 and change and a service employee Edgar was asking for payment. It ended up being cleared up with phone calls to Jorge and then a manager but I had asked for a reprint of the paperwork showing I had zero owed. I accepted the scratched out amount and an initial from Edgar as proof enough since I clearly was not getting a corrected copy. I had problems with my vehicle again today and when I called Jorge, I feel like he didn’t care. To elaborate my perception : when he told me that they were closing soon there was nothing he do but I could rent a car from enterprise, which I personally am not able to but that’s not relevant. I asked if he could call a manager to see if there was anything at all that could be done, all I got back from Jorge was, sorry no. I understand that certain miracles can’t be done but the fact that he didn’t try showed I wasn’t high on the priority list. It was closing time for him. I called midway back spoke to Troy who made the efforts to see what he could do. I had the same end result with not having anything they could do this evening because of the time frame. However, the fact that Troy tried to help me truly means a lot. I do look forward to seeing what we can resolve. I am very understanding but I have to feel some level of care. Troy did that for me today. Thank you.

Jesse was fine but after your shop repaired my accelerator sensor the PEDAL FELL OFF halfway through the day! This could have been disastrous had I still been on the highway!

My car was brought in for an oil change and a multi point inspection. I dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning, and got a call at 2:30 saying the car was done and they were sorry it took such a long time. I picked the car up at about 6:45 PM. Upon pick up, I noticed that the paperwork said both the engine filter and the cabin filter failed inspection. Both we’re not replaced, nor did I receive a phone call asking to replace them. I of course want anything that failed inspection to be replaced, and if anyone had called me, I would’ve approved those parts and paid for them. Because I was picking up so late, the parts department was closed, and nobody could install them at that point. This means that I have to bring my car back again. I had just had my car in the previous week for a warranty repair, and nobody checked to see how close I was to needing an oil change. I picked up my car on Wednesday, and Thursday the oil light came on saying it was due for a service. So over the course of two weeks, I’m going to have had to bring my car in three times. I asked for a manager to call me, and Derek put a post-it note on my paperwork and delivered it to a manager’s office to see in the next morning. I have not received any call. Needless to say, I’m very unimpressed.
