Edgar's service (as well as other service representatives I spoke to) was stellar! Edgar answered all of my concerns and was very patient and friendly.
As a very recent "certified used" car buyer, I was very disappointed that there were a few service items that may need to be addressed (per manufacturer). I feel these were items that should have been addressed prior to the vehicle being placed for sale.

Just gonna be as long as if you didn’t make one.
George Lopez was great. But to me that was a waste of time and top it off.

Repeat failures of my AC unit caused me to return for a third time for repairs. Your dealership decided to not cover the repair this time due to the warranty finally running out. Seems like you washed your hands of the issue without ever truly pinning down the rootcause of the failure, leaving me high and dry and out over $2k dollars. Well played. I had my brake fluid flush, Coolant system flush, and wiper blades replacement was done back in October 4K miles ago. It was recommended to be done again four months later as part of major 30K service. It appears I paid $322 for extra parts and service I did not need.

Scott Monge is a great service rep! However, I would greatly appreciate, when I call in for a service quote, to know the full price, and not find out upon service arrival that I also need a transmission flush, bringing the cost from $299 to $1,000! That’s a huge difference, that I was not prepared for. I feel I should have been told about that up front when I first called.
Then when I came in to pay, and signed all 4 pages, I saw, on the following page, a handwritten note that mentioned three (3) items of work needed, that no one had told me of before, and yet the car was there a full day. So I was shocked and dismayed that I was not told about it. I just happened to see it, when checking the papers after my signature. The Manager, Drew, could not explain it, and I was upset that I was not informed during the day and was concerned why the problems were not addressed when the car was in for service. Especially, if brake fluid was needed, why wasn’t it filled that day(?). Same question on the other notations.
Scott, the next day was able to explain to me, when the Manager, couldn’t, and all is alright.
In the future, I would appreciate, as I’m sure your other customers would, is to be fully informed of the work to be performed, and upon pick up, to be made aware of anything discovered that is needed in future.

I'm beyond unsatisfied with the treatment during the selling process. I feel deceptive and misleading practice by your dealership and salesperson.
Also The car I got had broken windshield chip which were not able to see at the time of purchase and it should be disclose to us when your dealership know about it.
I have bought many car through dealership through out my life and this was the worst experience ever. I would never want to go through this experience again and will find alternate ways to buy in future like carvana etc. Where the stand buy there product and there selling process is not deceptive.
I will be sharing by experience with all my friends and family and I know lots of people that buy expensive cars. Also i will be taking this issue to your corporate BHA group and with ford motor company as well.
