I was originally scheduled with John Ortero. After waiting almost 30 minutes and then watching John help someone that came in after me, I went to Joe. Joe was polite and assisted me right away. Joe stepped up and took over where John failed miserably. I went and spoke to John who was not apologetic and was rude. He only seemed to care after he saw me speaking with Todd. Todd was also very helpful! Overall, Joe and Todd made my experience very good BUT John needs to either determine that he wants a customer facing role and improve his skills and attitude or find a different career because he is poor at best at this role.
Please know that Joe was awesome and I do not want my negative comments about John to reflect on Joe. If you had a service team that performed like Joe, all of your customers would have great experiences

Long wait time, was told over the phone when my appointment was scheduled that my wait would be around 1 hour, when arrive and dropped off the car was told about 2 hours, two and a half hours latter I had to pick up my car unwashed so I don't have to wait for another 30 min. I was told cars are so hot in the summer and the mechanics have to wait for the engine to cool down. This is a BS, my car was parked in front of the office fir 20 min with engine running!!! I've been a customer for five years now but I am not sure if this is the best service for me.
