I dont believe that a number represents an experience. I would however say that my experience as a hard working costumer with or at this facility has been consistent and positive. I have been doing my research for my recently purchased vehicle. When Matthew the salesperson took excellent care of me and my decision to purchase this car, the same level of very good and consistent customer service continued to be my overall experience with Ryan the finance manager then with Patrick the technology specialist and finally over to the service dept with Argirios as i drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to have my first 3 month service on my vechile. This is my experience at South County Lexus, these representatives of the Lexus brand and image know what they are doing.I also noticed your cleaning crew inside the facility cleaning, smiling and greeting customers. They too understand the importance of professional detail to The Lexus brand. Not every Lexus dealership implements this practice. If you ever decide to do a commercial for my car and experience, give me a call. In closing as a preschool teacher i too have to lead by example first to do my service to and with the students on a high level of expectation, and so i think we (Lexus) and i have something in common.Thank you and God bless you and your organization.

Jeep is not fixed. Sunroof is stuck open and part is on back order. I just bought the Jeep from Airpark 6 weeks ago. The sunroof has not worked properly since I got the Jeep home.

It was my first time at Airpark and Vicki was a great ambassador for your facility! She communicated well and sufficiently with me regarding my vehicle. She made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Also, it was a pleasure working with Debbie in the cashier’s office regarding my loaner vehicle and my invoice. Based on my contact with these two individuals, I expect to return to Airpark.

Thanks to Daven and the team for provider excellent service as always! Trey he my loaner car ready when I arrived and got me out quickly. When I returned everything was ready, they even helped me load the groceries back into my car.! Thanks so much!

This was my first negative experience with this facility. I dropped my car of on Saturday at my schedule apt time of 08:30. unfortunately it had to be kept until Monday due needing approval from my Warranty and by the time they were called for approval, they were closed. Upon picking my car up I had a cup of coffee sitting in the middle cup holder that was never emptied, my car smelled horrible and the cup even grew mold As I mentioned, I did not think my car would have been kept over the weekend and into late afternoon on Monday, so I didn’t grab my coffee mug when I dropped it off. You would assume someone working on the car would have at least noticed That and emptied the 1/4 of cup of coffee that was in there. My car was dirty and was never vacuumed (as it always is when kept for that long). My car was running well but goodness, but I was highly disappointed picking up a dirty, smelly car, that was not that way when dropped off.
