We had a pre-existing issue with the Radio not powering off when the vehicle turns off. Midway repaired the issue two years ago as it was die a software update. We told Hugh and he never even looked at the previous work order as per his statement when we picked up the vehicle. In addition, he never said anything about the air filter or cabin filter; however, the form he provided has the recommendation to replace as we didn’t see it until we arrived home. Not sure why he wouldn’t call and ask us to replace the filters. So we had to go to the parts store and do it myself. That why I bring my vehicle to Midway to have you do it. Very disappointed.
