I appreciate the fact that the service team was able to fix the issue and replace the parts satisfactorily within an ample amount of time. However I do not appreciate the lack of communication and misinformation I recieved from more than one person as well as showing up to pickup the vehicle with the keys having been taken home with the sales associate and having to wait for that person to return. The fact that this whole situation occurred literally 2 days after purchasing the vehicle is very disconcerning and being pulled through the circus act that was the lack of communication from every person I talked to was irritating.

When working with Debbie we had no issues.(she's the best to work with) But had to deal with Terry Tate and he has done nothing but avoid issues with our vehicle. Not happy spending that much money to have it fixed and now have the same issue as before. Evidently there is a problem somewhere and we have just been shuffled around.Not happy with service at all
