Our vehicle was left there over a week for many repairs that we went over in detail with the associate. When picking up the vehicle, after they said repairs were completed, we found out that only half of what was discussed was actually done. We now have to bring the car back again for them to complete the rest of the repairs. We have had nothing but problems, with purchasing and the repairs of this vehicle with your company. We have always bought Ford vehicles but have had nothing but disappointment with this whole experience.
