Gary was excellent, however.
Airpark Dodge Jeep had our car for 2 weeks and gave it back to us. Saying it was fixed. It was not fixed. We had to bring it back, and it took another week before we got it back. Because it was an intermittent problem that appears to have gone away, miraculously, we're not sure if it had actually been fixed. However that is no reflection on Gary.

I received a call about the time I was expecting my vehicle’s maintenance to be completed, instead it was a sales guy asking if I wanted to sell the car to him. I told him I thought I it was poor timing to use the fact I was waiting on the vehicle to try to make a sale- he was incredulous and told me he was sorry to “insult me”. Then, after dropping the vehicle off at 7am, I called the service department to see the status, it had not gone in at 3pm- yes, the service was complete by close but 9 hours for an oil change?
