Anthony Gata and Alanzo were excellent, no complaints. However, the work done was not excellent. The Zaktek coating was done, but who ever did the job left streaks not wiped off completely. Also left a lot of water spots on the front chrome and greasy shoe prints in the bed of the truck. Alanzo personally made sure all of the streaks/water/shoe prints were wiped clean and even made sure he didn't leave any more shoe prints by not letting his shoes touch the bed of the truck. Thanks Anthony and Alanzo.

Your service was fine. The cost of the repair and having to wait 2-4 weeks for parts is frustrating. Also, the fact that the delaminating of the radio screen is not covered by a recall is frustrating. Online, there are many complaints of the same type. Additionally, the constant noise, random channel changing, screen flashing and beeping is so distracting that it is a significant safety issue.
