My original visit was in October where the steering stabilizer was diagnosed as worn out and needed to be replaced. I was told then that it would take up to 2 months for it to come in. I was told by Gary I would be called as soon as it arrived. I called 3 times and left Gary voicemails starting the week of December 18th with no return call. Finally Friday the 22nd I called and asked if someone else could help me and that's when I learned my part had arrived on December the 14th. I was then told that the earliest appointment was on January 8th. I was a bit surprised being I had already been waiting over 2 months but agreed to the 8th. I arrived at tue dealership a few minutes after 7:30 and sat in my vehicle for several minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I got out at that time and a gentlemen asked me if I had been helped. When I told him No I have not, he asked me who my appointment was with and I told him Gary. Finally Gary came out after waiting a few more minutes, no apology for not coming out sooner. Never an apology for not contacting me or returning a call. Not my idea of customer service at all. I'm not asking for special treatment. Just the basic customer service skills and some sort of customer focused actions would be nice. Pretty disappointing being my office is within walking distance of your dealership. Don't think I'll be back.

Anthony has always been on point. We appreciate his excellence.

Richard and Anthony were great. They kept me updated frequently. On a side note, I was disappointed in the fact of the lack of loaner cars available with this dealership. I hope this issue is resolved this year.

Car scratched during decal removal. Have tried to contact Joseph after Jan 1st to schedule repair as instructed but I have not received a return call.

Anthony was great! He was super helpful and got my jeep in right away. He also help fix a problem that made me hate my car since I bought it. He is a rock star. I hope I dont have to come back but if I do I hope I work with him again. He was professional, kind and attentive.im soooo happy

The check engine light is already back on. I need to bring the jeep back in. I have had the car in twice in the last month already.

The service was completed quickly and I had the charger back in a few hours. Richard was very accommodating when scheduling our appointment and he arranged for an immediate ride home. Thanks for getting us in even though it was busy, and a same day appointment.

Anthony is very nice to work with and pretty quick to responding or getting back to me with news about my car.
