Was there from 10-12. Was told car would be ready between 11-1130, wasn’t notified that car was ready. Had to go to counter and wait for 10-15 mins to get someone to look up the status of my car. The keys were just sitting on the counter.

Was told that we needed a new tire because there was a screw in it but then when we asked to see it had no screw.
It had a spot where we had already had it fixed from 3 months ago.
