I understand that vehicles get over looked or that the service center can be busy. We were told to go wait in the waiting area when we dropped our truck off, 2 hours later my husband went to check on the progress of our truck. Our truck still had not been looked at because he was told they didn’t realize we were still there waiting.

Andrew did a great job, he was quick to respond and got my business taken care of in a professional manner. You would expect most of the luxury auto locations around y’all to have superior customer service, but that’s not the case. My wife had even commented earlier that Ford - Andrew has the best customer service in the Service department by far of any of the other “Luxury “ locations sureounding yall where we take our other vehicles.

This was a terrible experience. Brought car in for 4 items to be addressed and only one was completed in over 8 hours - oil change, tire rotation, Zytech paint treatment and recall issue. No one communicated internally.
You sold us the car several years ago and now two of the tires have dry rot - one shredded while my son was driving it. Sad part is no one ever said I’m sorry or how can we make this right. True lack of concern for customer.
