I took my car in for an oil change. An hour later Jason called me asking me when the last time I had it tuned up was, insinuating that I needed some sort of work done. So I asked what do you mean? And he said like spark plugs for example. I explained to him I had them Replaced this summer in WI while they were doing other repairs. I don’t appreciate him trying to sell me spark plugs when I just replaced them 3-5 months ago. I thought I could trust the people at the dealership. Now I’m not so sure. He also asked if I wanted a tire rotation. I assumed it would be complementary which I guess was foolish. I just purchased rear tires in November. I agreed to the tire rotation but I thought once the mechanic saw how bald the front tires were maybe he should have decided it was better to leave the newer tire on the rear since the vehicle is rear wheel
Drive. Just feels like you guys want money however you can get it.

I have been to Reliable many times over the years, and actually worked there for about five years. This is the best experience I have ever had with Reliable service. There was another gentleman whom I dealt with in person who was very polite, considerate, and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He even walked the 76-year-old lady, myself, too much And saw that I was safely seated on this cold dreary day. I was kept updated via text on the progress of my vehicle. In the past I have sometimes had to call to see what was happening, but not this time.
