Really timely ; however service advisor said he tells his service guys working on car to take pictures. Car Wason a pre purchase inspection and because they did not take pictures but reported rust, leakage and stress cracks in radiator I did not buy car but did not have pictures to really see

My appointment was made with Jesus and when I arrived for my appointment I asked for Jesus and was told he was in booth #3. When I went to booth #3 the gentleman in the booth told me Jesus was off and asked when my appointment was made. He seemed annoyed, but helped me anyway.
Also, no told me how long it would take and not probable for me to wait- so I had to get a ride home and come back later.
When I returned, the gentleman who helped me was very kind and went to get my car himself.
I have an extended warranty and will have more service done by your team and I would hope it would be more organized next time.
