Rob is a tremendous representative of your company...he did many things I considered important and vital. 1st he LISTENED COMPLETELY...unlike the other 2 dealerships I spoke to Rob asked follow up questions and didn't try to get me to come back days later as the others did. With Eric, yes. With the mechanic that serviced my vehicle, no. I took my vehicle to have an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blade replacement. I knew the driver side wiper blade needed replacing yet the multi point inspection indicated the wiper blade as green. After I questioned this, I purchased the wiper blades from the parts department and had both wiper blades replaced. This leads me to question the validity of the tire rotation and the multi point inspection.
By the way, we have been a loyal customer of your service/parts department.
